The Science Behind It
Proven 40 is made up of two different microbes that feed off the exudates of corn roots. These microbes in return make ammonia that is available for the corn plant to uptake, producing the equivalent of 40 pounds/acre of synthetic nitrogen. Proven 40 is applied in-furrow with the seed to ensure the microbes have maximum availability to the root.
