Who we are

Tim and Colleen Luse have grown Luse Seed and Insurance into the business it is today.  They continually give thanks to the Lord for the opportunity to operate this business. They are passionate about their customers and grateful for the chance to work year to year with some of the best people in the industry. 

Tim Luse is a first generation farmer selling Pioneer seed making this his 26th year in the business. He is passionate about agronomic tools that are able to provide maximized potential year to year for the grower. He knows the stresses and concerns the farmer has because he is one. He has been a Certified Crop Advisor for nearly 20 years and provides agronomic expertise for your business.

Colleen Luse started selling crop insurance in 2005 earning top 10  national sales awards every year for the first 5 years with PHI. She then started her own independent agency combining the insurance business with her families seed business. She cares for each individual customers needs and how to best maximize protection with their acres. Her focus and purpose is to build a relationship with each producer and puts each individual relationship as her main goal.

Garrett Luse earned his bachelors degree in Agri Business Management from Purdue University. Tims dream to create a family legacy within the seed business and Garretts love for agriculture was the perfect blend for this business. He has worked with his dad farming and delivering seed his whole life. Garrett has been working full time for Luse seed and insurance since January of 2016.

Audrey Brindle earned her bachelors degree in Agronomy from Purdue University in May of 2019. She has a great interest in crop health and loves to scout fields for customers. She has been selling Pioneer seed since 2019

Olivia Luse earned her bachelors degree in Agri Business Management from Purdue University and works part-time for the family business in administration.
